This lesson teaches you a unique and versatile way to add flair to gemstone donut beads. The variations to the technique taught in this tutorial are limitless.


This tutorial does not teach how to make the beaded dangles at the bottom of the pendant. If you don't know how to make them already, there is another tutorial included in the downloads for this lesson called "Briolettes and Bead Clusters".


Skill Level:

Intermediate


Materials Needed:

• 24” of 18 gauge Round Soft Wire

• 9” of 28 gauge Round Soft Wire

• 1 2” (50mm) Donut Bead

• 7 or 8 4mm Round Beads


Tools Needed:

• Chain nose pliers

• Round nose pliers

• Wire cutters

• Flat nose pliers

• Needle file or wire rounder

• Any marker that will write on metal

• 1” wide clamp (Optional. You may use tape if you do not have a clamp)
